How do I start Shopping online with ShopFar?

For shopping instructions on ShopFar please follow the following steps below;

  • You can also simply search for the Product you are looking to find, by entering keywords into the search tab.
  • Sift through to get your preferred Product using criterion such as brand name, category, price etc.
  • When you have found the product on the ShopFar website that you would like to buy, please click on the button “add to cart”. This will add your product to a “virtual shopping cart”
  • To change what is in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click on the button labelled “edit cart”
  • To remove product from your shopping cart, click on the button labelled “remove” by the product
  • To add more products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the link labelled “continue shopping”
  • To pay for the product in your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled "check out"
  • When you click the checkout button, you will be asked to provide information necessary to process your order and deliver the products to you.

You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen. All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our privacy policy.

What about International shipping?

ShopFar will ship any Product you order internationally from across the globe and we will ensure that it gets to you as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. We will keep in touch with our shipping partners and see to it that your purchased Products get to you in time and in perfect condition.

How will ShopFar ship my Products?

With ShopFar, every Product you order internationally will be shipped inclusive of all taxes, customs and other duties that will be paid at check out. Using our various carriers, we will ensure that your Products are shipped as conveniently to you as can be.

What is included in the shipping cost?

For every ordered Product, ShopFar will calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight, volume, speed and destination. The charge will then be added to your Product and this is never done haphazardly, but rather is accounted for depending on fees, taxes, duties or custom charges that may be incurred in the process of shipping your Products.

It is for reasons like this that the charges will not be refunded once the Product has been ordered. Nonetheless, in case the Product you ordered needs to be returned, we will do that on our accord as consideration to you. How fast can ShopFar deliver my purchased Product?

ShopFar will endeavor to deliver your Product to your door step. Orders are dispatched within five (5) working days after payment confirmation. It’s our policy to deliver your purchased Products within the given time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of circumstances beyond our control. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by customs, severe weather challenges, and oversized Products.

Can ShopFar ship my Product to a non-billing address?

When the Product is being delivered to a non-billing address, we receive it for you. Sometimes this can affect your payment procedure but if you inform us, we shall help you work through this issue without any inconveniences.

What are the shipping restrictions?

At ShopFar, we respect international laws because we do not want to jeopardize the wellbeing of our customer. For Products that we are not permitted to ship across international borders, we will endeavor to clarify this and keep our customers informed when issues such as these arise.

However, if one finds their way around ordering a Product that we are not permitted to ship, this will lead to immediate cancelation of the order and any payments made are refundable.

Who is in charge of return shipping fees?

ShopFar has got your back! We will sort you out for every return shipping fee. We don’t care what your reason for returning is. Be it a change in mood, preference or bad purchase, ShopFar will do our part to satisfy your needs and take care of cases like this with utmost responsibility.

How Can I pay for my order on ShopFar?
